Coriander,Turmeric,Iodized Salt,Cumin,Black Pepper,Cassia,Clove & Cardamom

Cooking Instructions:

1.Cut 1kg of mutton into small size pieces. Add 50g of Madurai Mutton Fry masala and marinate for 30 min.

2.Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, sauté the mutton on low flame for 2 min and add required amount of water and stir until mutton becomes tender.
