ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders can be placed through our website and please place the order well in advance and the cut off time is 7PM EST(Friday) one day before the delivery day which gives us the timeframe to prepare and deliver your orders in an efficient and professional manner. The order confirmation will be received in your email/Phone number as soon as you place the order including the delivery date. 

ETA details will be shared by 9pm the day before the delivery date.

Delivery dates & terms:

Select your city of residence in our website home page (www.tastygrain.ca) to know the delivery date for your city. We do weekly /biweekly deliveries depending on the regions and for now, we serve only limited cities in Ontario and looking forward to expand further.

The approximate delivery time will be sent to you via text on the delivery date and delivery person will give you a call as soon they reach your place and will make sure the products are delivered to you properly. In some instances, if we are unable to reach you on the phone, we will place your items on the porch front of the house and we will leave you a text with the picture and we will not be responsible for any items stolen or lost.

Disclaimer : Delivery time may change due to traffic or weather conditions. But we ensured to deliver on the same day.

Delivery Fee: 

We offer free delivery service at your doorstep!! (Select location at the top of your website to know the minimum order amount for free delivery)

For all other regions which is not mentioned in our free delivery location, we will deliver through Canada Post/Puralator.(Standard Courier fee apply)
